Mr. Hill graduated from Southern Local in 1957.  He received an associates degree from Columbus Business University in 1959. Mr. Hill served as the district's treasurer for 24 years and retired in 2006.  Prior to his tenure as treasurer, he served on the Board of Education from 1970 to 1975.  Mr. Hill has served on several local boards and continues to remain active in community affairs. Mr. Hill resides in Racine with his wife, Janet.  He has five children, all of whom are graduates of the school district :  Steve, Sonja, Marcy, Melissa and Courtney.  In his free time Mr. Hill enjoys gardening, NASCAR and Ohio State Buckeyes football.
